There were bed bugs and room smelled like old carpet
Water pressure too high. Phone was sticky like side spilled on it and it didn't work. Room was dingy. Lamp by bed was broken.
Location was great
Parking was difficult to get, the lot was full for a long time. I had someone playing loud music next door. I called to complain and was told if I dont like it then leave the hotel. I wish I never stayed there. Very rude and I should have a quiet room.
The Staff was AWESOME and COURTEOUS and VERY HELPFUL!!! I would Recommend Fiesta Rancho to all of our Friends!!!
Dumpy lobby, casino , parking lot
The video poker machines were loose, I liked that. The price of the room was very low.
I thought the room itself and the appearance of the hotel hallways were dingy and unattractive. Also, when I checked in the hotel placed a $100.00 deposit on my credit card, which I was not expecting.

Bed pillows are too hard, shower nozzle did not work properly, no safe in the room, no coffee pot to make hot water, room seems a little dark
it was in a good location for who i was visiting.
it was a pain to find the front desk from the parking lot to check in. the room was pretty dingy and my sink was clogged upon arrival and that took a good 20 minutes for them to unclog.
Mexican restaurant inside had tasty fare.
No refrigerator in the room, and no microwave.
The friendly staff, the casino and the buffet.
A roulette dealer wasn't always available when I was looking to play.
The reaturant Garduno's in the hotel was the best part about staying there. The staff in Garduno's was great!
We had a room on the 3rd floor facing the entrance of the casino and there was a lot of noise from the airport across the street.

Overwhelming smell of smoke. It was terrible. I've stayed there before a couple of years ago and it was not this bad.
The thickest hardest pillows in the world. Your stuck, they have no soft ones. We had to go buy pillows.
